Evidence is not our constraint.
It is our product.

Nexa industrialises your existing Business Processes into certified decisions : without starting over : with built-in evidence and reversible architecture.

Trust is not declared : it is documented.

At Nexa, evidence is not a compliance layer bolted on after production. It is part of the product

An AI-generated outcome only has value if it can be linked to its sources, explained in its logic, traced through its fabrication and owned in its validation.

A result without evidence is not an actionable result.

01

How was this result produced?

The Run Receipt answers.

Sources used, models, parameters, timestamps. It is the technical receipt of every execution.

FABRICATION

02

Why is this result justified?

The Evidence Panel answers.

Cited sources, data lineage, compliance checks. It is the screen where your experts verify before they sign.

JUSTIFICATION

03

What do you show the auditor?

The Audit Pack answers.

An exportable dossier that gathers fabrication, justification and signature. Ready in one click : not rebuilt after the fact.

ARCHITECTURE

Intelligence changes
Control remains

AI engines change every six months. Your rules, your evidence and your validated processes must not change with them.

Nexa separates the interchangeable engine from the stable control system. That is what we call Reversible Architecture.

Modularity is not an engineering preference. It is a strategic guarantee of reversibility and maintainability.

UNDER THE HOOD

The technical stack at a glance

From business solutions to deployment: a vertical reading of the Nexa Forward platform, aligned with your cloud or on-premise reality.

Nexa Forward platform architecture: four layers, from business solution to cloud deployment.

CONNECTORS

Your sources, without re-keying

Over 30 native connectors : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, Salesforce, Bloomberg, Notion, S3, SharePoint, Power BI… : plus a catalogue of licensed open-data sources. The foundation of a reversible architecture, with no re-entry.

MCP SERVERS

Your external algorithms, under the same control

The platform also connects to MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers: Pappers, Pennylane, Snowflake, GitHub, Notion, Dust or your own custom server. Data coming from an MCP server goes through human validation before entering a deliverable : no external tool writes into your analyses without explicit approval.

AI STANDARDISATION

In five steps, we govern what you already do

No need to start from scratch. Nexa instruments your existing processes to make them traceable, validated and capitalisable.

1

Capture

We document what your teams already do : committees, analyses, recurring deliverables.

2

Structuring

We define inputs, expected outputs and the moments when a human expert validates.

3

Governance

We add the guardrails: personal data protection, data residency, version traceability.

4

Certification

First certified execution: the system automatically produces the technical receipt and the audit dossier.

5

Deployment

In production. Your experts see the evidence, validate, and every use enriches the organisation’s memory.

Land with the vertical. Scale with the Core.

GOVERNANCE

Costs, CO₂, tokens: by business unit

The AI governance cockpit makes visible what was opaque: consumption, compliance and engine arbitration.

THE CORE

The technical foundation everything rests on

Three essential building blocks: steer, arbitrate and capitalise.

Cockpit

A single dashboard to steer all your AI uses: health, costs, compliance.

Arbitration algorithm

The system picks the best engine for each task, based on cost, quality and your security constraints.

AI Knowledge Vault

Every validation enriches a memory specific to your organisation. The next process costs less and runs faster.

WHY IT LASTS

What you build with Nexa belongs to you

Two dynamics that strengthen your advantage over time.

01

EVIDENCE

Your evidence history

Evidence-native is an architectural constraint, not an optional feature. The more an organisation uses Nexa for its Business Processes, the more it accumulates Run Receipts, Audit Packs and Replayable Runs. That evidence history becomes a compliance infrastructure no migration can reproduce.

Changing platforms means giving up the entire historical evidence dossier.

02

KNOWLEDGE

Your operational memory

With every Process executed, the AI Knowledge Vault grows richer: HITL-optimised prompts, high-performing data patterns, proven compliance policies. That accumulation is organisation-specific. Deployment cost falls while performance rises.

Leaving Nexa means abandoning the organisation’s AI operational memory. That capital is not portable.

These two dynamics do not add up : they multiply.

CIO FAQ

The Core, in questions

Why is data residency structural for the CIO?

When a regulator asks where your data is processed, you must be able to answer immediately. Nexa lets you define, per project, whether data stays in a private perimeter or in an approved cloud region. That clarifies what falls under your internal control versus third-party services, and speeds homologation when timelines are tight.

How does Nexa guarantee traceability of every Execution?

On every execution, Nexa automatically produces a complete technical receipt: which data was used, which model, which parameters, who validated, at what time. The Evidence Panel makes this information readable for a sponsor or controller, without technical jargon. And the Audit Pack gathers everything into an exportable dossier, ready for audit.

What happens when the underlying LLM model changes?

AI engines evolve fast : Nexa is built for that. The control system, evidence rules and your experts’ validations stay unchanged when the engine changes. Accumulated memory (validated prompts, optimal configurations, compliance policies) is preserved and transferred to the new engine. Changing models is a migration, not a rebuild.

How is Cost per Run calculated and actionable?

Every execution has a measurable cost : tokens consumed, compute time, model used. The Cockpit displays that cost in real time and lets you compare configurations. It is not a ROI vanity metric; it is a budget governance tool that surfaces what Shadow AI leaves in the dark.

How does Nexa handle sensitive data and PII compliance?

Built-in guardrails automatically detect personal data, prompt-injection attempts and sensitive keys before a result is produced. These protections apply on every execution, with no manual configuration. Data residency is configurable per project: managed cloud or your own servers.

Are Executions replayable and reproducible?

Yes. Every technical receipt captures the exact conditions of the execution : versions, parameters, input data. You can therefore replay any execution identically, whether for an audit, to compare two configurations, or to demonstrate the compliance of a past result.
