Critical processes
The processes on which you commit your responsibility.
A critical process is not an incidental automation. It is a core business process : sensitive, repeatable and auditable : a close, a requirements review, a regulatory report, an assortment review.
What sets a critical process apart
Automating an incidental task costs nothing when it gets things wrong. A critical process carries a signature, a published figure, an answer to a regulator or a client. It can only be industrialised if every output stays verifiable, validated by a named expert, and replayable months later.
Core business
It produces an output the organisation owns towards the outside world, not an internal convenience gain.
Sensitive
An error has a price: money, compliance, or credibility. Verification is not optional.
Repeatable
It comes back on a fixed schedule or on demand, with the same steps and the same roles. That is what makes industrialisation pay.
Auditable
Every run leaves its trace: sources mobilised, decisions, validators, timestamps. The file reconstitutes itself without manual rebuilding.
Five processes documented in detail
Each has its own page: product demonstration, measured effect, capabilities, step-by-step flow and guardrails.
