An evaluator model scores the compliance, consistency and level of substantiation of every block before a human sees it. The expert lands on a pre-sorted document, with a score per block and the reason for every alert.

Draft, reviewed, approved — three separate roles, every validation carrying an identity and a timestamp. Validation happens block by block, never on the whole document. When evidence is insufficient, the button is disabled and the reason displayed.
Governed feedback
An expert’s feedback is not a comment lost in a thread. It is typed, attributed, versioned, then replayed on the next ritual. That is what raises the acceptance rate and lowers the cost per run.
