What it is
Rituals that produce a structured deliverable meant to leave the organization or serve as an opposable reference — regulatory reports, explainability notes, closing comments, formal responses. The deliverable is normalized, its production recurrent, and every output must be justifiable to a third party.
How to recognize this ritual
- Structured document intended for a third party
- Normalized form (template, mandatory sections)
- Recurrent production
- Traced sources and auditable calculations
What it is not
- Score or recommendation applied to a volume of objects → Qualification & recommendation
- Projection under scenarios with a time horizon → Prospective steering
- Search or mapping of a corpus in order to understand → Augmented document knowledge
