The context
Bpifrance finances and guarantees French companies. Under geopolitical tension, risk teams must objectify portfolio exposure to critical imports.
The ECB requires geopolitical and climate stress tests. Without a dedicated tool, analyses stayed ad hoc and manual.
The problem
- No automated tool to map import dependencies.

The solution
From a NACE code, the system rebuilds the value chain, identifies critical imported products via semantic matching on customs codes, and produces a prioritized dependency score.
The Evidence Panel exposes sources, confidence scores and assumptions. Analysts validate via HITL. The Run Receipt documents every execution.
